WHEREAS the lands hereinafter deseribed are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Lot 5, Block 8, District Lot 290, Group One, Plan 1957, New Westminster,
(located on the Southside of the 2200 Block Stafford Avenue) be sold to
W.E. Industries Ltd. 24160 125th Avenue, Maple Ridge, B.C. V2X 7Y7 at or
for the price or sum of $42,500.00.

The adjustment date be May 12th, 1988 or earlier.
possession date be May 12th, 1988 or earlier.

Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for
the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

days and at the end of the 60 days they be retendered. .

That the City of Port Coquitlam award J.T. Barkley Architect the contract
to provide an analysis regarding the feasibility of retrofitting Centennial
Pool for the sum of $3,300.00 with reimbursable expenses not to exceed $500.00.
