A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council! Chamber, Port Coquitiam
City Hall on Monday, May 4th, 1987, at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor LM. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance.

Also in atrendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.

Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, and City Treasurer J.G. Maitland.

That the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held on April 27th,
1987, be taken as read and adopted.

Carried.

DELEGATION:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. T.S. Annandale, Mr.
Me Barnes and Mr. P. McTaggert of Toby Russel! Buckwe!| and Partners who
made a presentation regarding the Port Coquitlam City Hall proposed
Renovations.

From the Administration Committee, April 30, 1987 regarding
Renovations and Additions to City Hall.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

THAT the Municipal Council instruct staff to prepare an agreement
authorizing Toby Russell Buckwell & Partners to call Tenders for the
renovations and additions to City Hall in accordance with the working
drawings; | —

AND THAT the said Agreement be presented to the Municipal Counci | for
consideration.

Carried.
Aldermen Keryluk voted
against the resolution.
