From the City Engineer, November 13th, 1979 advising of the 1979
Budget Savings and recommending that the City crews be commended for
their efforts in helping to keep the budget down.

construction schedule of the watermain on Shaughnessy Street due to the
impending Christmas season.

Discussion then ensued regarding the fact there was only one all-
candidates meeting held this year and it was the general opinion of
Council that the City should encourage community groups to hold two ali-

candidates meetings, one on the north side and one on the south side.
