That the decision to set a standard rate of $30.00 per hour per

arena for adult tournaments be referred to the Leisure Activities Committee

for further study.

From the Public Works Committee, May 17th, 1979 recommending that
the City improve Wilson Avenue by paving a widening strip and providing
curb and gutter for the frontage of the restaurant site on the corner of
Wilson Avenue and Donald Street in exchange for an easement in favour of
the City along Donald Street and that the City be responsible for survey
and legal costs to register the easement.

That as recommended by the Public Works Committee, May 17th, 1979
the City of Port Coquitiam improve Wilson Avenue by paving a widening
strip and providing curb and gutter for the frontage of the restaurant
site on the corner of Wilson Avenue and Donald Street in exchange for an
easement in favour of the City of Port Coquitlam along Donald Street;

AND THAT the City of Port Coquitiam be responsible for survey and

legal costs to register the easement.

From the Public Works Committee, May 17th, 1979 advising that as
Council had requested the Committee looked into the traffic patterns
generated by the proposed redevelopment of the Q.T. Market property
located at the corner of Prairie Avenue and Flint Street and as the
Committee was unable to come up with an improved arrangement the architect
was asked to review the parking arrangements. The City Planner advised
the new drawing from the architect shows the access has been moved
farther south.

From the Public Works Committee, May 17th, 1979 advising of the
proposals received from three consultants for a study to look at the
solution to the drainage problems in the industrial area and recommending
that the proposal from Associated Engineering Services Ltd. be accepted

for the drainage study and that $10,000.00 be allocated from the Dyking

Reserve Funds,
