Carried. From the Public Works Committee, May 17th, 1979 advising that as Council had requested the Committee looked into the traffic patterns generated by the proposed redevelopment of the Q.T. Market property located at the corner of Prairie Avenue and Flint Street and as the Committee was unable to come up with an improved arrangement the architect was asked to review the parking arrangements. The City Planner advised the new drawing from the architect shows the access has been moved farther south.
