Dear Mr. Freeman,

As in years past we once again are writing to
request that the dates of October 12th and 13th, 1979 be declared
Apple Day, for the Scouting Movement in Port Coquitlam,

We would also at this time like to request permission
to fly our Apple Day banner over the Shaughnessy Street underpass,
two (2) weeks previous to the above dates, commencing September 28th,
1979 until October 13th, 1979.
