Re: Schedule of Council Meetings

Our last schedule of Council Meetings covered the period up to the
end of March and I had asked Council if we could remain on the every other
week schedule in view of Mr. Freeman's absence. This does not seem to
be practical for the month of April and I would suggest that we have a
regular meeting on April 9th and April 23rd as April 16th, is a holiday
and the City Hall will be closed. Perhaps by the 23rd, we will know when
Ron wil]. be able to return to work and can set a schedule from there.
