Freeman, City Clerk Re: By-law Nos. 1487 and 1488 The above-noted By-laws were considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held on December 13th, 1976, and it is now possible for third reading to be given to both By-laws. This can be accomplished by passage of the following two resolutions, the first of which incorporates a number of changes into ._ Land Use Contract No. 19: 1. "That with respect to Land Use Contract No. 19, which said Land Use Contract is attached to and made a part of "Land Use Contract No. 19 Authorization By-law, 1976, No. 1487", the following changes be made: That Section 12(c) be amended to delete the figure $137,030.00 and insert the figure $136,430.00; ~ That the following words be added to the end of Section 13(b): “which said amount is included in Clause (c) of Section 12 and in Section 2 of Schedule "D"."; (3) That Section 15(c) be amended to delete the figure $27,775.00 and insert the figure $14,072.00; (4) That Section 2 of Schedule "D" be amended by reducing the payment ef $19,800.00 for Water Capital Fund Contribution to $19,200.00 and by reducing the total from $137,030.00 to $136,430.00. AND THAT By~law No. 1487, as amended, be read a third time." 2. “That By-law No. 1488 be read a third time." By-law No. 14373 To authorize the Ccuncil to ‘enter into a Land Use Contract with Atirvate Cellcrece Led., 2066 Clare Place, Port Coquitian, = B.C. in the form and to the extent set forth in “Land Use Contract No. 19" which said Land Use Contract is annexed to and made pare of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 19 shall extend to and shall City Clerk Teygulate the development and use of land described as: BLk.5, District Lot 480 Group Cne, Plan 17155, New Westminster District.
