Waterwaye Protection By-law, 1969, No. 917, THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM". BY-LAW NO. 1296 A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Waterways Protection 1969, No. 917". The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: The "City of Port Coquitlam Waterways Protection By~law, 1969, No. amended by adding, after Section 3, the following as Section 3A: "3A. No person being the owner or occupier of lands shall suffer or permit the fouling, obstruction or impeding cf the flow of any stream, creek, waterway, watercourse, waterworks, ditch, drain or seer, whether or not the same ave situate on private property."
