A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law,
1969, No. 918", ;

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. 7 Subsection (1) of Section 202A of the “City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1970, No. 1012" is amended
by inserting the following therein as Section (34):

"(33) ” Lot 117, District Lot 289, Group One, of a Plan of Subdivision
in Process, New Westminster District. |

2. ‘This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
“Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969; No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1978, No. 1636".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-third day
of October, 1978.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-third day
Of October, 1978. ,

Read a | third time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-third day
of. ‘October, 1978.

Public Hearing not required to be held pursuant to Section 702A(2)
