Douglas College,Surrey campus is offering summer classes from June 23 - July 11,
three weeks. he first semester. is ffom 10 am --1. with beginner instruction

while second, third and fourth semester levels are offered from 2 - 5 pm with:
intermadiate/advanced instruction. Taught by Higo Urakami; he will plece emphasis
on functional design at the second semester level while he will focus on decorative
methods and techniques at the third and fourth semester levsl. The morning end
afternoon sessions will Bach in addition participate in a Raku and a sawdust fir-
