A Bylaw to amend the "Pert Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

New Weatminster District

ic hereby rezoned from RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) to 2M-3 (Town
House Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, Ne. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2662”.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of April, 1992.
Read a second tine by the Municipal Council 27th day of April, 1992.
