THAT this application be approved to proceed for Rezoning from RS~1 (Large
Lot Residential) to RS5-2 (Small Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the

Municipal Act subject to:
Satisfaction of Engineering requirements;

Submission of building drawings showing building heights, and the
developer demonstrating that reasonable view corridors for the properties

uphill are protected.

3. That a Public Information meeting be organized by the developer prior to
introduction of the authorizing Rezoning Bylaw; and

4. That a restrictive covenant to restrict the volume of new construction on
the proposed lots be prepared.

This application is for subdivision of the west 85.5 feet of Parcel D,
Plan 5854, currently addressed as 1905 Harbour Street, and will permit the

creation of 2 RS—2 lots.
