Library Funding Formula

That Council advise the Fraser Balley Regional Library that they are in favour of the present
funding formula of 50 percent lagged actual assessment and 50 percent on population be used for

the 1994 budget year.

That the City of Port Coquitlam request CP Rail and Transport Canada to delete the requirement
for trains to whistle when approaching the railway crossing at Kingsway and Westwood
(crossing mileage 0.27, Westminster Subdivision) from the operating procedures for this train
crossing. — . | .

And that the City undertake payment of a portion of liability insurance once the whistle
requirement has been deleted. et
