THAT this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from R&—1 to
RM-4 under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

lL. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director
of Planning;

Satisfaction of Engineering requirements;

The applicant being advised that a Building Code review
will be dene at the time of Building Permit application; and

4, Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the
Parks and Recreation Director.

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
#45/913 and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document
when completed subject to completion of Rezoning Application #42/91.

BACKGROUND:

This application is for a 12 unit three-storey apartment. The subject

property is designated "Apartment" in the Official Community Plan.
