All tenderers submitted Performance Bonds for the sum of 50% of the Contract value and Labour
and Materials Bonds for the sum of 50% of the Contract value.

Both Jack Cewe Ltd. and B, Cusano Contracting Ltd. submitted comprehensive Liability
insurance to the value of $1,000,000, Porter Construction secured $5,000,000 public liability
insurance and Maple Leaf Construction Ltd. have Comprehensive Liability Insurance for
$3,000,000. The terms of the Contract requires a minimum of $1,000,000 Liability Insurance and
all tenderers have therefore complied with this condition.

Porter Construction failed to submit a “List of Previous Contracts" stating that such a list was

available on request.

No other omissions were found in any of the Tender Documents submitted.

4. ARITHMETIC CHECKS

All tenders were checked for arithmetic extension errors. Only one error was found in B. Cusano
Contracting Inc.'s tender.

The total under Item E-5 was recorded as $1,700 Instead of $170. Tha total for Section E - Street
enn Lighting, should therefore be $26,905 and not $28,435. B. Cusano- Contracting Inc. total tender
ene price should therefore be adjusted to $718,625.

This error has made no difference to the order of tenders ana B. Cusano Contracting Inc. still has

the highest tender price.

5. QUALIFICATIONS

All tenders were submitted without qualifications.
