THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO.2491

WHEREAS pursuant to Section 085 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290,
R.$eBeC., 1979, the Council established Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to expend a portion of the monies set
aside in the Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Pert Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. ‘The sums hereinafter specified are hereby appropriated from the respective
Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds tc be expended from the following
purposes for the year 1989:

Public Open Space (interest) $208,705.41
Sawer Area #1 28,116.79
Water area #5 71,713.00
Water Area #6 102,006.00
Highway Facilities 144,243.02

Should any of the above amounts remain unexpended after the expenditures
hereby authorized has been made, any unexpended balances shall be returned
to the credit of the specified Reserve Fund.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Development: Cost Charge
Reserve Funds Expenditure Bylaw, 1990, No. 2491".
