Covenant for 1078 Yarmouth Street, Port Coquitlam

RECOMMENDATION:

That the covenant be approved for installation of Sewage pump.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The above captioned dwelling had to be lowered to create a more favourable
grade with adjoining subdivision, In lowering the grade access to the
Sanitary sewer system by gravity became impossible. A Sewage pump has been
installed to facilitate installing a washroom on the lowest floor level.
Solution chosen has been the only alternative available to complete the

project.
