SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 39/88
for 1076 Fraserview

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of June 6th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved relaxing the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 Section 801,
RS-1 Clause (7) Rear Yard Setback to nermit a rear deck to encroach into the
required rear yard by 10 feet for Lot 40, D.L. 340, Group 1, Plan 75763.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
June 13th, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this
Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of June 27th, 1988.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered
by. the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development
Variance Permit should be issued.
