(7) REAR YARD:

(8) SIDE YARD:

height, side yards are required of not less than

7.5 m (24.6 ft.) in depth.

(c) For buildings exceeding six storeys

n height, a

yard is required on each side of the building
equal to..5 of the building height. . in no case

yards be less than 40 percent of the total lot
width.
(9) HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS:
The height of a building shall not exceed 30 m (98.45

(10) ACCESSORY OFF-STREET PARKING:
Accessory off-street parking shali be provided in

accordance with Part XII of this Bylaw
