Alderman Wright feft the Council Chambers at 8:00 p.m.

From the B.C. Teiephone Company, in reply to the City's inquiry
regarding local measured service, stating that B.C. Tel's 1986 five-year
capital plan, recently reviewed with the federal regulator, does include
a reference to LMS jin the years 1989 and 1991. And that this reference
is included as strictly an acknowledgment of the possibility that B.C.
Tel may initiate primary market research trials to explore customer
reaction to LMS at that time.
