THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2196

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Pert Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which

is more particutarly described as:

(a) Lot 446
District Lot 466
Group One
Pian 58061
New Westminster District

The portion of road shown closed on the plan attached to and made part of
the "imperial Avenue Road Exchange Bylaw, 1986, No. 2195",

are hereby rezoned from RS=1 (Single Family Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family’
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to refiect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2196", .

Read a first time by the Municipal Counci! this 21st day of July, 1986.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 21st day of: July, 1986.

Public Hearing held this 11th day of August, 1986.
