A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651%, DEC 12 1983

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows: .

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot 4, of Part of Block "yg"
District Lot 466

Group One

Plan 9402

EXCEPT West 10' on Plan 28267
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-! to RS=-1A and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" jis hereby amended to reflect this

rezoning.

This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1983, No. 2003",

Read a tirst time by the Municipal Council this Seventh day of November, 1983.

Read a second time by the Municipal Counci! this Seventh day of November, 1943.

Public Hearing held this Twenty-eighth day of November, 1983.

Bylaw No. 2003: to rezone Lot 4, of Part ot Block "J"; District Lot 466, Group
One, Plan 9402, EXCEPT West 10' on Pian 28267, New Westminster District, from

RS=-1 to RS-1A.

This property is located at 1831 Coquitiam Avenue and, following completion of
the rezoning procedures, it is expected that the property will be subdivided to
provide sites for three single family dwellings.
