The Municipal Ceuncil of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as Follows: l. : ‘That portion of lot 107, District Lot 379, Group l, Plan 59040, New Westminster District which maybe more particulary described as Follows: -Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said Lot 107; thence proceeding in 2a Northeasterly direction along the East boundary of the said Lot 107 for a distance of 64.92 m.; thence proceeding in a Northwesterly direction along a line drawn parallel to and 64.92 m. Northeast of the South boundary of the said Lot 107 to a point on the West boundary of the said Lot 107 that lies 64.92 m. This property is the rear portion of 2532? Davies Avenue. And the rezoning is. being undertaken to permit M-~] (General Industriel) uses to be located thereon and it is expected that a manufacturer of small machine components will be taking adventage of this rezoning.
