(b) (c) (a) (a) trim or, if necessary, cut down any tree or other growth on the Lands which in the Opinion of the City constitutes or may constitute an interferenca with this statutory right~of-way; execute all further documents and things whatsoever for the better assuring unto the City of thia statutory right-of-way; pernit the City to pezceably hold and enjoy the rights hereby granted; and . maintain, care for and clean the surface of the Lands, remove grass or other growth from the surface of the Lands and do all other things veagonably necessary for the safe use and Preservation of the Lands. The City shall: (a) (b) (ce) (a) (4) carry out the Works in a goed and workmanlike manner in order to cause no unnecessary damage or @isturbance to the Grantor, the Lands or any improvements on the Lands; not bury, without prior written consent of....ch Grantor, debris, or rubbish in axcavatiocas or backfill; remove shoring and like temporary structures as back-filling proceeds; rake up all rubbish and construction debris in order to leave the Lands in a reasonably neat and clean condition; exercise the utmost care not to damage the Lands or any improvement on the Lands AND IF the City should cause any such damage RESTORE such damaged Lands or improvements thereon to as close to their pre-damaged condition as is reasonably practical with reasonable dispatch OR WHERE the City deems restoration to he impractical REIMBURSE the Grantor for all such damage;
