That City Council direct the City Clerk to prepare a bylaw to
rezone Lots 2 and 3, Block J, D.L. 289, Plan 2076, N.W.D. from
RS~1, ‘Orie Family Residential District to RM-3, Apartment

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing
resolution the Director of Community Planning advised a
comprehensive report on applications such as this particular one
had been prepared and Alderman Mabbett suggested that the
rezoning application be tabled until that report was before the
Council.

advised the City is awaiting parts for the overhead iights and
