Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution the Director of Community Planning advised a comprehensive report on applications such as this particular one had been prepared and Alderman Mabbett suggested that the rezoning application be tabled until that report was before the Council. Laking Alderman Laking referred to the June 21st, 1982 Council re June 21/82 Council Mtg. meeting and Mr. Tanchak's.comments concerning his business -Mr. Tanchak re Business property taxes and advised an error had been made in his property taxes. assessment and that the error is being corrected. Alderman Muldoon referred to the receipt of a letter from Ald .Muldoon re Crosswalk Mr. E. Lepholtz expressing concern regarding the pedestrian -Shaughnessy & Lions Way crosswalk at Lions Way on Shaughnessy Street. Alderman Laking advised the City is awaiting parts for the overhead iights and that they would be installed when they were received. Alderman Mabbett stated in his opinion a pedestrian signal
