LEGAL Lot 78 and East 151 feet of Lot 50, NWk, DESCRIPTION: Section 6, Township 40, Plans 33655 and 26239. BACKGROUND: The site in question is approximately 34,000 square feet in size and is presently zoned RS~1. The development proposed is a two storey structure providing a total usable floor area of 15,900 square feet. Parking for 48 cars is provided on site with access to Ulster Road. The proposed development conforms to all requirements of C-2 zoning. RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommends that this rezoning application be advanced to Public Hearing. -ZZA L. Lee, City Planner.
