Collector of The Corporation of the city of Port Coquitlam
shall add to the unpaid taxes of the current year (exclusive
of the five percentum addltion authorized by subsection (a)
of this section), in respect of cach parcel of land and the
improvements thereon upon the real property tax roll, a
further five percentum (5%) of the amount then remaining
unpaid.
The said unpaid taxes, together with the amounts added under this
section, are decmed to be taxes of the current year due on
such land and improvements thereon, and the amounts added under
this section when collected shall form part of the general
revenue of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.

5. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Rates By-law, 1980, No. 1756". °
