Re Proposed Zoning By-law Amendments on Industrial Zones

At the August 7th, 1974 joint meeting of the Planning and
Zoning Committee and the Industrial Development Committee, the Planning
Officer proposed amendments to the Zoning By-law on Industrial Zones in
the following areas:

1. To introduce one additional Industrial Zone,
namely Special Industrial (M-3).

2. To specify permitted uses and to revise lot size
and siting requirements in each of the three Industrial
Zones (see attached),

After lengthy discussion, the Proposed amendments were
adopted by the two Committees,
