That as requested in the letter from The Corporation of the Township

of Richmond, January 26th, 1978 Council support the recommendation of
the Richmond Council as follows:
That Port Coquitlam strongly support the position of the B. C.
Construction Association to the Federal Minister of Revenue; namely,
That the importation of ‘wide flange beams' entering Canada through
Pacific Coast Ports be exempted from the anti-Jumping duty imposed in

1977;

AND THAT this position be forwarded to the Prime Minister of

Canada and the Minister of National Revenue.
