Re: Application for Strata Subdivision -— SS#9-74 ~ 1940, 1941, 1942 &
1943 Broadway Avenue, Port Coquitlam

Members of Council will recall that the above noted application
to subdivide an existing industrial building at the above noted addresses
received approval in principle on May 27th, 1974.

The final Strata Plan has now been presented for signature
and photocopies of Page 1 and Page 3 of the 6 Page plan are attached
showing the actual subdivision details.

If Council now wish to carry through and finally approve the
plan, we would suggest that the following resolution be passed:

"That the Strata Plan of Lot 37, District Lot 288, Group 1,
New Westminster District, Plan 38929 prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S.
and dated July 24th, 1974 be and the same is hereby approved:

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to sign the said plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal
thereto."

The applicant has paid to the City the amount of $1,840.00 for
the waterworks reserve fund, parks land acquisition fund, and subdivision
by-law fee.
