to screen the view of the patrons. The pub owners clarify that a
cedar hedge will be planted around, to screen the noise from the
patrons and the background music proposed for the patio.

The neighbours were concerned about loud music on the patio. The
owners note that the patio will be provided only with background
music, similar to the music in the "adult section" inside the pub.
