CITY OF PORT COOUTTLAM OCT 26 1992 BYLAW NO. 2727 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. ‘Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: : Lots B Lots C and D District Lot 289 District Lot 289 Group One Group One Plan 13459 Plan 16286 All in New Westminster District are hereby rezoned from RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2940, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, Wo. 2727", Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of October, 1992.
