1.5 1.6 1.7 1.8 Section, which for the Purposes of this Agreement is 316 dwelling units; “C" - the total number of dwelling units on Genstar's lands using the Mary Hill Road Gravity Section not counted in definition “B" as contained in Clause 1.3 herein, which for the Purposes of this Agreement is 6 dwelling units; "D® - the total number of dwelling units on Genstar's lands which are not tributary to the Pump Stations but which will be connecting directly to the Proposed Gravity Sewer identified as “proposed gravity sewer" in Schedule "C" attached hereto, which for the purposes of this Agreement is 93 dwelling units; "Cost One” is the applicable construction contract cost, being the applicable construction contract price plus any reasonable extras and reasonable costs including engineering and contract administration related to the Works for the Mary Hill Road Gravity Section outlined in Schedule "C" attached hereto, all as certified by the professional engineer responsible for the construction administration related to the Works for the Mary Hill Road Gravity Section; "Cost Two" is the applicable construction contract cost, being the applicable: construction contract price plus any reasonable extras and reasonable costs including engineering and contract administration related to the works for the Pump Station and the Force Line outlined in Schedule “C" attached hereto, all as certified by the professional engineer responsible for the construction administration related to the Pump Station and the Force Line; and "Cost Three" is the applicable construction contract cost, being the applicable construction contract price plus any reasonable extras and reasonable costs including engineering and contract administration related to the Works for the Proposed Gravity Sewer outlined in Schedule "c* attached hereto, all as certified by the professional engineer responsible for the construction administration related to the Works for the Proposed Gravity Sewer.
