That Canus Container Corporation put up a Letter of Credit‘ in the - amount of $2,000.00 to guarantee performance under the agreement. 2- That a provision be made in the agreement for extension of the trial period for a maximum of two weeks in the event that. weather does not allow adequate testing during the designated one month Trial period... 3. That the City has until January 30, 1987 plus the amount ‘of ‘any extension in which to make a decision on whether the use of containers should be accepted for the whole City. 4. That the Canus Container Corporation agree to no back charging of the residents for the period between the end of the free trial period and the’ date of Council's Final decision if Counci | ultimately decides to not participate in the system.
