That as recommended by the Leisure Activities Committee, June 8th,

1979 the portable concession booth be sold to Triple 'A' for the consideration

of $1.00;

SUBJECT TO resale to the City for the same consideration of $1.00 if

Triple 'A' does not at any time wish to continue handling the concession

booth.

PoCo Seniors' Centre Constitution.

Moved by Alderman Mabbett:

Seconded by Alderman Ranger:

That the PoCo Seniors' Centre Constitution as presented, be approved.
Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution
Alderman Ranger stated in his opinion the age limit of 60 years of age
or older as mentioned in Section 2 on Page 6 should not be ancluded in
the constitution. Discussion then ensued. The following amendment was
then proposed:

That the foregoing motion be amended to change the age limit of

60 in Section 2 on Page 6 of the PeCo Seniors’ Constitution to read:

"member in good standing."

Carried.
