Item No. I 10 Year Capital Improvement Program The Port Coquitlam Parks & Recreation Director reviewed the Capital Improvement Program as presented in the Master Plan. General agreement on plan. Ensure that Reeve Street Athletic Park and Hyde Creek Expansion are No. 1, Also that nest lights be placed at Thompson or Cedar Park. IPiilmll Recommendation: That the verbal presentation be received. Item No. 2 PoCo Trail-En51 of. Shaughnessy St. Parks & Recreatior. Director reported that the PoCo Trail at the end of Shaughnessy Street was going through one of the City owned lots that was sold to a developer. There is a need to re-route trail.
