PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed design shows the site divided in two lots. The lot fronting Fox Street will house 24 two bedrooms townhouses. The lot fronting Westwood will accomodate 32 one and two bedrooms apartments and 12,200 sqft. of retail in one mixed use building. DISCUSSION: Development Permit No. 36/90 complements rezoning application 5/90 by restricting development of the subject property to the particular design drawings submitted in support to the rezoning application. The proposed design generally complies with the design guidelines for "Development Permit Area III". The development permit will include a landscaping bond or security to ensure that the landscaping works are executed in accordance with the approved plans.
