The Site occupies two parcels totalling a third of & hectare at the foot
of the Mary Hil] area, on the south Side of the Mary Hill By-Pass, fed
Principally from the intersection of the By~-2ags and/Pitt River Road. See
Figure 1,

only about 11 m. south of the By-Pass. [ft currently serves about Six
