A Bylaw to amend the "Local Improvement Charge Bylaw, 1969, No. 912",

‘BYLAW NO. 1918

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1 Section 1 of the "Local Improvement Charge Bylaw, 1969, No. 912" as

enacted by the "Local Improvement Charge Bylaw, 1969, No. 912, Amendment Bylaw,

1976, No. 1449" ig repealed and the following substituted therefor:
"1. The annual charge for each foot of taxable foot frontage to
be specially charged against parcels benefiting from or
abutting the classes of work listed hereunder and the number
of years for which the annual charge will be imposed shall

be as follows:
