Lessor to provide a book Lift at no charge
subject to Building Departinent approval of an
“Hydraulic Stacker" unit installed in compliance
with Workmens Compensation Board standards.

Revised rentai on 8,437 square feet:
. Annually $41,594.41
Monthly 3,466.20

Subject to:

(a) Rental for 3rd and 4th six month extensions being
negotiated in accordance with the B.C. Arbitration
Act (should Lessee remain).

(b) Lessee to provide parking.

All other terms and conditions as contained in our June 26, 1975
proposal to remain unchanged.
