THE CORPORATYON OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2648

WHEREAS the City-owned rental house at 2517 Wilson Avenue will be vacant ag at
April lst, 1992;

AND WHEREAS the tenants of the City-owned rental house at 2382 Mary Hill Road
have expreseed a desire to move to 2517 Wilson Avenue on April lst, 1992 upon
the terms and conaditiona of rental as stated in the Schedule “A" attached
hereto;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed fair and reasonable to grant the terma of this
requeat from one of the City's present tenants;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l. The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
hereby leases unto R. Corney and C. Corney the lands deseribed in the
Schedule “A” attached hereto for the period of time and on the terms and
subject to the conditions set out in the Lease attached hereto and marked
Schedule "A".

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Pert Coquitlam
are hereby authorized to sign and the said Lease on behalf of the City and
to affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Rental Agreement (2517
Wilson Avenue) Authorization Bylaw, 1992, No. 2648"

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 24th day of February, 1992,
