Eebmary 7. 1994034 Chief George proceeded to give a brief dissertation regarding his concems with Item No. 10 of Council Agenda, specifically the recommendation from the Public Works being access route No. 6 and expressed concern that this route was not safe or viable as well as not adequately meeting their needs for access. Ms. Natalie McNeil spoke regarding Item No. 12 of Council Agenda. Ms. McNeil presented a 170 name petition opposing the use of Eastern Drive as a bus route to to service Citadel Heights. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Oor, 1834 Coquitlam, who addressed Council regarding enforcement of the Sign Bylaw. Mr. Oor expressed concem that the Sign Bylaw was not being enforced fairly as he had been instructed to remove his sign; however, he has seen up to 14 other illegal signs around the City. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: At 8:10 p.m. Councillor Talbot left the Chamber. Moved by Councillor Gordon: That Bylaw No. 2768 be reconsidered for final reading. Carried. Moved by Councillor Gordon: Seconded by Councillor Gates: That the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2768" be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted. Carried.
