JUL 12 1993 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Conuitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particuiarly described as: Lots 26, 27, and 28 Block 15 District Lot 174 & 289 Group One Plan 2080 New Westminster District are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2726". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of October, 1992.
