Please be advised that at its 1991 March 25 Meeting, City Council passed the
following resolution:

RESOLVED that Council protest the recommendation of the Finance
Committee of the Fraser Valley Regional Library; that the FVRL Board -
be requested to direct the 1990 surplus into the 1991 budget. and
reduce the members' 1991 levies by a corresponding amount and

FURTHER, that other FYRL municipal members be made aware of this
resolution. | ,
