Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2190, considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held earlier this evening, is available for third reading. Council. policy requires the Clerk to bring the avallabllity of this bylaw for third reading to the attention of the Council! at this time. The Counc! may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading Immediately or delay it until the next meeting so that any representations made at the Hearing can be fully considered. In order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure by which Council! gives consideration to requests for rezoning It Is not possible for further representations from the applicant or the public to be receftved now that the Public Hearing has been adjourned.
