Either remove any damaged bus shelter which tha
City Enginear deems to ba hazardous on receipt of
notica to do soy or, alternativaly repair any
damaged bua sheltex which the City Engineer deams
to be hazardgus on raceipt af notica to do ao,

Without limiting the generality of Seahoard's
ebligation to repair and maintain without notice,
if Seaboard does not make any nacessary repairs or
Maintenance required by thie Agreement within
twenty (20) daya following receipt of notice to deo
sO from the City, than the City may make such
repaiss ox carry out such maintenance at the cost
of Seaboard; PROVIDED THAT in cane af emerqancy if
the City considers that delay in repairing or
maintaining would cause sarious logs ar danauga,
the City may do any repair or taintenance
necessary to pravent auch loss or damage without
notien to Seaboard at the cont of Seaboard;

Pay all capital coats of construction and
installation of each bus shelter,

4. Bach bus shelters shall contain benches and
provida space which in the reasonable opinion of the City is
adaquate for transit information on the back panei of a@ach
bug shalter,

8, Seaboard covenants and agrees to corexist wath
any bus stop banch presently situate and previously accaptad
by the City as to location and installation or any any other
bua step beanch(as) which may be situate and maet within
stated acceptance of the City provided that tha bua atop
hanch(as) do not obstruct the visibility, access and
axpogure of the bus shalter advertising,

6. Seaboard shall pay all costs of electrical energy
consumption axiging from each installation of electrical
connections to aach bus shelter, aa and when due.

7. Seaboard covenants that it will only display
advertising on or in bus shelters of a high moral standard
that ia not contrary to public order,
