Meeting held on October 4th, 1983, be taken as read and adopted. Carried. Saxton who then made a Presentation to Counci| regarding saving Sunny Park School, Moved by Aiderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That a letter be written to Schoo! District No. 43 outlining the City's strong concern and support for the views expressed this evening by Mrs. D. Saxton respecting the proposed closure of Sunny Park Schoo! and that School District No. 43 be requested to keep the Sunny Park Schoo! open. Carried.
