NOTICE OF PUBLiC HEARING

to ZONING BYLAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAilister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, 8.C. on January 31st,
1983 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the
"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1975, No. 1651":

Bylaw No. 1934: to rezone Lot 22, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan
3106, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to M-3.

This property is located at 2532 Kingsway Avenue and the rezoning is
being undertaken in order that the building presently erected on the
property may be converted and used as a bakery.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents may be
inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at
the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 Pp-M., On
regular business days, from the date of this Notice until the Public
Hearing. .

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public
Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
