Dear Sirs:

Re: Proposed road closure - N.W. corner of Wilson
and Kingsway, Port Coquitlam - Lot "A", Block 20,
District Lot 463, Group 1, Plan 21085, N.W.D.

Further to your letter of April 16, 1982 and our previous correspondence,
this letter is to confirm that B.C. Hydro has no objection to the above-
mentioned road closure provided The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam grants B.C. Hydro a right-of-way agreement to cover our 2H gas
pipeline on Elgin Street.

You may accept this offer by signing the.duplicate copy of this letter

in the place provided below and returning it to this office.

Upon receipt of this letter of acceptance, we will forward a copy of a
plan showing the required right-of-way area in order that the Corporation
may prepare the required right-of-way plan.

When this right-of-way plan is prepared and forwarded to this office, we
will prepare the right-of-way agreement which must be registered con-
currently with the filing of the road closure by-law and plan.
