Coquitlam will hold a Public Nearing in the Council Chambers, Port

Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday,
March 31st, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to
amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651":

By-law No. 1745; to rezone Lot 61, District Lot 465,

Group One, Plan 27938, New Westminster District, from RS-1

to RT-1.
This property is addressed as 3694-3696 Flint Street and is the

site of an existing duplex. The. rezoning is being undertaken

at the request of the owner so that the property may be placed

in the correct zone for its current use. _

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of
the City Clerk, Fort Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ~ on working days - from March 20th,
to March 31st, 1980.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
Proposed by~laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
